Join us in our work to increase literacy in the lives of Tennessee students and citizens.  Ways you can contribute to our work:

  • your dues fund LAT literacy initiatives across the state
  • please consider joining a committee to help in a specific area
  • please consider volunteering at our annual conference

LAT can increase your professional knowledge through our annual conference, as well as our bi-annual journal.  The conference also provides  networking opportunities with others across our great state, from teachers and administrators, to higher-ed personnel and government officials.

In addition, each local chapter offers programming that will also increase your professional knowledge and give you the opportunity to network with other professionals in the field, right in your own backyard!
